Church of St Michael & All Angels at Alvaston in Derby is situated in Church Street, a short distance from the main shopping complex.
The church of St Michael and All Angels was totally rebuilt by Henry Isaac Stevens of Derby in 1856-57, the previous church, an Anglo Saxon foundation, having much mid 14th century fabric and tower rebuilt in 1772.
